Platform availability, features and pricing change without notice to us. A listing on this site does not guarantee that a platform is currently accepting registrations in your country.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify VibeSend against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, or remove any listing, at any time and without notice. We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
12. Severability and governing law
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
