1. Who we are
VibeSend (site.vibesend.space) is an independent guidance and referral service for adult dating and chat platforms. We are the data controller for information collected on this website. Contact: support@vibesend.space.
2. What we collect
Automatically, when you visit
- IP address (used for abuse prevention and approximate country only)
- Browser type and device category (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Referring page or ad source
- Pages viewed and the time of the visit
When you click a platform listing
We log the click: which listing, when, the device and browser category, the referring source and the IP address. This tells us which listings are useful. It is not linked to a name or an account because we do not operate accounts.
When you contact us
The name, email address and message you type into the contact form, so we can reply.
What we never collect
- Passwords for any platform
- Payment card details — no payment is ever taken on this site
- Messages, photos or profile content from partner platforms
- Special-category data (health, religion, sexual orientation, biometrics)
3. Why we process it
- Legitimate interest — running the site, measuring which listings work, preventing abuse and fraud.
- Consent — where required in your region for non-essential cookies or analytics.
- Legal obligation — where a law requires us to retain or disclose something.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of strictly functional items:

Partner platforms and advertising networks may set their own cookies once you leave this site. Those are governed by their policies, not ours. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the age confirmation will then reappear on each visit.
5. Third parties
When you click a listing you are transferred to a partner platform. At that point their privacy policy applies. We pass only the referral identifier contained in the link — no personal data about you.
We may use advertising platforms to promote this site. Those platforms may place measurement tags, subject to their own terms and any consent you have given them.
6. Retention
- Click and traffic logs: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the enquiry is resolved.
- Anything we are legally required to keep: for the period required, and no longer.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. Email support@vibesend.space with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.
Because we do not run accounts, a request about data held on a partner platform must be sent to that platform — we have no access to it.
If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Children
This site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to logs and the administration area is restricted and password protected. No system is perfectly secure, but there is no account database here to compromise.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
